THIS COSTS CREDITS, per turn. The text channel of the receptionist.

The receptionist itself is configured at POST /voice/agents/receptionist. Voice rate-limits this route twice - per IP and as a burst - because it is reachable from a public widget; a server-to-server caller shares those limits.
