Set Linkedin Account Schedule

/linkedin/accounts/{account_id}/schedule

Set or replace the account’s send window.

Written to the sending provider first, then stored; a provider failure is a 502 and nothing changes. A timezone change takes effect at the account’s next local midnight - effective_from says exactly when.
