Every talent has a card in Browse and a full profile behind View Profile. Both are built from graph8’s AI scoring, so you can compare candidates on consistent, vetted signals.
Reading a talent card
Each card shows, at a glance:
| Field | What it means |
|---|---|
| Name (or role) | The talent’s name, or just their role if their profile is anonymous |
| Tier badge | A summary label such as Strategic or Data-Driven |
| Match | How well the talent fits your business (e.g. “78 match”) |
| Country & availability | Location and current status — Available, Limited, or Fully Booked |
| $X/mo base | Monthly base rate |
| $Y/meeting | Per-meeting rate |
| Score: N/100 | The overall certification score |
Use View Profile to open the full detail view, or Hire to send an offer.
Certification tiers
Tiers come from certification scoring and summarize where a talent is strongest. You’ll see labels such as Strategic, Data-Driven, Independent, Disciplined, Top Performer, Leadership-track, Senior, Solid, and Transition. The Top tier quick filter narrows to the highest tiers.
The match-score radar
Open a profile and the match view shows a radar chart scoring the talent across several dimensions, grouped into:
- Fit to your business — Industry Fit, Tool Fit, Persona Fit, Deal Size Fit, Motion Fit
- Role-specific strengths — Prospecting Style, Meeting Quality, Cycle Length, Negotiation Complexity, Quota Band
- Edge — Competitive Displacement
Higher scores mean a stronger fit on that dimension. The match number on the card is a roll-up of these dimensions against your business.
