Setting Up Your AI Twin

The AI Twin tab is where you teach graph8 about you, so the AI can write and act on your behalf in outreach. The more complete it is, the better your outbound performs. It has four sub-tabs: Profile Completion, Career, About Me, and Voice.
Profile Completion
The Profile Completion sub-tab tracks your setup as a weighted checklist. Each item adds to your score, and your profile is considered AI Ready at 80% or more.

| Add your job title | Helps the AI position you correctly in outreach |
| Add your company | Context for who you represent |
| Import your LinkedIn profile | Auto-fills title, bio, expertise, and job history |
| Write a short bio | 1–2 sentences the AI uses to introduce you |
| Set your voice & tone | How the AI should sound when writing as you |
| Add expertise areas | At least 3 areas so the AI knows your domain |
| Add writing samples | Examples of your writing style to learn from |
| Add a profile photo | Used in campaign content and team views |
| Write a full bio | Detailed background for thought-leadership content |
| Connect Twitter / X | Enables X-specific content and writing samples |
Career, About Me & Voice
- Career — your current role (job title, company, department, responsibilities), job history, expertise and skills, tools and platforms, and key achievements.
- About Me — personal and social details, including your Twitter / X profile.
- Voice — your short bio, voice and tone, and writing samples the AI learns your style from.
