Trial Specialist home. Active trials with Trial Ends in N days countdown + Source + Referrer + First Touch + Users-on columns. Sort by days remaining ascending.

03. Expired trials — re-engagement + win-back
Trials that ran out without converting. Don’t write them off — Apple, Notion, Slack, Booking Holdings all currently sit here for graph8. These are warm-but-unconverted accounts worth a 90-day re-engage email.

04. Conversion mechanics — Quotes, Inbox, Customers list
When the trial user is ready to buy: send a quote. Triage replies in Inbox. Track newly-converted customers in /deals/l/customers by Customer Since date.
